I needed to enable roaming but all I can see is my broadband and no mobile plans at all. It's not showing up in app nor on the web login. The mobile option is missing. I don't know if it was an app problem or that the app is simply reflecting a problem from my account. End up, I had to forgo roaming and sign up for something else. I hope it gets resolved soon.

Hi, please try a pull-to-refresh on the account list screen by pulling down and releasing. This should refresh and show all accounts. If the mobile accounts are still missing, log out and back in. If the issue remains, email us at app@myrepublic.net.

Most useless app and service provider. can't really do anything. please dont use this provider. horrible service. the customer care doesn't even care. im struggling for more than a week for simple relocation request. can't call them. Just have to chat using their app. no one provides a solution to the problem. they will just close the chat. and to top it off they send stupid superman gif while closing the chat. so annoying and irritating. I really wish I never signed 2 year contract with them.

can't even login to pay my bills now. no matter how many time I reset my PW on the app or in browser. Been with the service for many years, but ever since recent years it's have given me multiple problems and headaches. Even after contacting service stuff. problems left unsolved for months until I make multiple calls. I wonder if I would be charged for late payment now. what a joke.
