Speaking clock is a free application. Using the app to give you voice announcements means you do not have to watch the clock to know the current time.
Currently, the first version of the application has a bundle of Vietnamese, English, Hindi, Japanese languages, and in subsequent upgrades the developer will add other language packs.

I liked this clock, til it was upgraded. Before I had the option to select the length of time between time announcements, but since upgrading, I only can choose only between hourly announcements or half hour or every 15 minutes. Before upgrading I could select right down to every 5 minutes, which helped me get to appointments on time. Now I have to find another app that gives me more time choices.

OK. still suggestions for improvement: No need to add o'clock in voice announcement. The volume control should be independent and not connected to system audio control. Now if one is increased or decreased, it changes in both and vice versa.

I think it's a good app. one of the few that doesn't automatically get turned off by your phone. the announcement of the time is strange it will say for example 11 p.m. o'clock. it shoould say either PM or o'clock but not both. at the same time
