It all started in 1998, when my sister Maria decided to open a small pizzeria in the village of Cadelbosco Sopra. That's where I took my first steps as a pizza chef. He called this activity "Los Locos", which means "The Fools".
In 2012, I, Jonathan, together with my wife Eliana, took over the pizzeria, transforming it into a real family adventure. Since that day, every day we put all our love and passion into making customers feel at home.
Today, in 2025, after many sacrifices and commitment, we have managed to grow: we now have a new "Los Locos 2" store in Reggio Emilia and three vans equipped with heated ovens, to deliver our always hot pizzas directly to your home.
