Ratings and reviews

I have used Rally 4 or 5 times for Buffalo Bills games and had great experiences. One time our bus was canceled because there want enough interested. But the communication was good and we had plenty of notice. We booked a Rally to take to the Luke combs concert. We were notified it would be a smaller bus, then the day of we got a notification it would be a minivan. We needed up smothered into an SUV. Six adults at 3 different stops. They contracted out to Uber!

Had a very comfortable journey recently. Hats off to the team to make it so organized and for providing timely updates. Will surely travel again since reliability matters the most!

Horrible for both app and the company itself Not reliable to give you the ride that you need. If I could give it a ZERO star If I could. Also Horrible customer service as well. Will never book this again. Booked them for BTS PTD LA could not find the bus, could not get help, just pure trauma from walking all over SOFI looking for the bus.
