The application allows the management and payment in the automatic food, beverage and coffee machines that Teika has in airports, hospitals, universities, companies, bus, train or subway stations and in general, in all kinds of public and private places that offer Teika's fresh and quality food service 24 hours a day.
Its operation is very simple. Once the app is installed, the balance can be recharged in different ways: in cash from the same machine, by credit card, with Bizum or bitcoins. The latter is one of the novelties of the application that Teika has updated. Once the application is recharged, the payment is made with the mobile's NFC device or by sending the balance to the machine. The Teika app also incorporates the registration of all the user's movements and the possibility of requesting receipts for purchases made in Teika vending machines. Lastly, we have added a direct button on the home screen so you can contact Customer Service via Telegram, WhatsApp, e-mail or phone call.
