Panthera CTFM is an application developed by the Melbourne eResearch Group for the management of Panthera's IoT camera network.

This is an offline camera editor that interfaces via USB. CTC Files can be edited from either local phone storage or via USB with a USB OTG adapter.

* Fixed Thai localization issues.
* Re-arranged the main CTC File Manager UI module.
