Mobile work order application for ENK Software. This software only works in combination with the ERP software from ENK Software.

This app makes it possible to pick up assignments created in the ERP software from ENK Software on the tablet and execute them. You can see which assignments are planned for you today. The app then shows you where to go and records your travel time. Once at the job location, the system will record your working time and you can add the materials you used. The materials that you can select are prescribed from the ERP system. Optionally, you can use barcodes (by using your tablet camera) to quickly select materials.

To record your work or defects, you can take photos directly and save them with the order form. Documents (such as manufacturer-related maintenance instructions) can also be attached to the receipt by an employee in the office. These will then immediately appear for you with the order form.

OTHER functions of the system:
- view the schedule for you for the coming week;
- you can immediately see where you need to go and you can have your navigation software (Google Maps) navigate directly to the address;
- your work (the status of your job orders) is immediately visible in the office;
- you can schedule receipts for yourself from a list of planned receipts;
- you can create your own receipts if, for example, you have a breakdown service during the weekend;
- register your working hours and, if necessary, that of an assistant technician;
- The technician can view and even correct his own digital weekly statement. He can also register non-productive hours (such as sick, ATV, Course, etc.) via the time sheet.
- view the attachment to the order form or add photos and/or sketches to the order yourself;
- register material consumption by selecting materials, you can also scan barcodes or search by description
- use checklists to structure the work of your technicians and to collect clear data on your maintenance visits.
