Membro is an Club Management Platform that is trusted by all kinds of clubs. With Membro you can easily arrange your entire club management, including membership administration, financial administration, progress monitoring and online communication.
Access
With Membro's access module you can scan membershipcards to see whether they have access. Scanning makes it much faster to find out whether someone has paid, so there are no long lines.
Progress
Tracking member progress can be a time-consuming task. With Membro, on the other hand, this is made very easy. You add requirements to each group, and for each requirement you can quickly click on how well a member is performing.
Activities
In addition to registering normal trainings, there are often special activities for which people must register. Members can register for these events, but you finalize the schedule.
Exams
Are there exams coming up? No problem! With Membro you can send the details by email with one click or print them out to distribute. And a exam can be paid for directly via iDEAL, creditcard or a banking app.
Financial administration
Membership means you have to have a financial administration. In Membro you create contribution invoices, which members can pay via direct debit, iDEAL, creditcard or by scanning the invoice with their banking app.

(Parents of) members can create an account and immediately see the progress of their children online in Membro. That will save you a lot of phone calls and questions during your club evening!
