Ratings and reviews

Deals in my area are terrible. They are either the same 5 places or not actually a deal at all. Never used the card due to this. Went to cancel and had to go through multiple screens to cancel, all the while they try convince you to stay. Wasn't able to cancel as my membership had apparently expired. Was asked to email. They responded after the renewal date and charged me. They refused to refund as they don't go by usage. Avoid them at all costs as they will take your money without care.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Impossible to complete the registration process, as the final page simply doesn't respond. Despite this, an email is sent confirming registration, but if you try to log in, your credentials will not work. Clicking "Reset Password" also does not work, because a password reset email is never sent. Queries to customer service go unanswered. What an absolute shambles. I paid for this card and I want my money back. As it sits, this is a scam.

Membership cancelled without my consent. I got this as a salary sacrifice option through my employer which was supposed to be a 2 year membership, but I got an email a month later to tell me it had been cancelled and I have no idea why. Waste of money, I didn't even get to try one single discount from this app before my membership was cancelled.
