You never know when the unexpected will happen - especially when you’re out-and-about in the car. The Police Welfare Fund Roadside Assistance app makes it easy to request assistance when you get into a sticky situation on the road. Whether it’s a flat battery or tyre, you’ve lost your keys or run out of fuel you can request help anywhere in New Zealand from your phone.

Once registered, the Police Welfare Fund Roadside Assistance app will automatically locate you with the phone’s GPS and allows you to tell AA service agents what help you need. There’s also a quick link to turn on the flash light, access through to our website, as well as a map showing local services.

To use the Police Welfare Fund Roadside Assistance app you need to be in New Zealand, have full cover Police Fire & General Insurance and complete the registration process on the app.
