Again glitches. Two hours on 24 August. and counting. I want to book a power shout. Uninstalled and reinstalled. still no luck. don't give me your standard reply. for a company that makes millions at least get your app working. pretty poor effort Genesis.

Kia ora Helen, we unfortunately had an outage for a few hours in the morning of Saturday 24 August. The app was quickly back up and running before midday on Saturday, and is all ready for you to book your Power Shouts!

iq app does not work for our home address, issue has been raised with genesis multiple times with no fix. the only two things the app does is provide us with a cartoon picture of our house and the ability to order a gas bottle. of they can't get the app to work maybe they should stop teaching about it in their advertising.

Useless since the latest update, won't even open, even after reinstall. And still by far the most glitchy, failing app I have on my phone. Still doesn't work. , and to be quote honest is the most consistently failing app on my phone. Hasn't actually worked properly since the day you introduced it.

Hi, just checking in whether you're still having any issues with Energy IQ (we're sorry for the big delay in getting back to you on this). We spent our summer break improving the whole app experience and have just released v8.11.0. Update to the latest version and let us know here (via updated review) if you're still having problems.
