Live chat doesn't work, app stops and closes alot, not sure what's happened in the few days but app is terrible now

buying online was easy and quick

This app is awful. It crashes all the time and the one time I managed to get an order through without it crashing and restarting, it didn't register my order, only took the money out of my account. This meaning they had no record of my order even though the charged me for what I bought. Now I've been out of pocket for a week and by the time the refund goes through the deal will be over and I will have missed out on what I wanted to buy.
