Unreliable. Tracking part of the app always shows a loading screen but never loads. Go to the browser to check tracking and it switches to the app... which never works... only way for me to see the tracking information is to UNINSTALL THIS APP so I can see it on a browser. App is a waste of time, don't bother. Even tried calling NZ Post to complain but they did not understand the issue so went nowhere.

Would've been a good app if the tracking actually worked. At the moment tracking any parcels is virtually impossible through the app for me, if I have any tracking number saved and then come back to the app, it just gets stuck on loading forever. I will just have to uninstall it since there's a redirect to the app from the website now, so I can't even use the web version of the tracker in peace. If you force users to be redirected to the app, maybe make sure it actually works first.

Have to keep logging in. And can't log in with the app, you have to log in with a browser, which is both bizarre and facepalm worthy. Plus finding now that the majority of the time NZPost aren't updating tracking information. So the majority of the time entering tracking numbers chucks up an error, or when it does accept the number it'll give an alert that it's out for delivery well after it's already been delivered. Plus the deliverers still struggle to follow basic delivery instructions.
