The app doesn't allow for the loyalty points to be directly added to each purchase. Once a purchase is made, the app shows no reference or anything; instead, you get a comment saying it didn't go through (but amount was paid/taken and phone call to the cinema showed confirmation of booking/purchase). The contact us option doesn't send the feedback through...at least that's the message I received after pressing send/submit. Do better.
