Ratings and reviews

This app is trash. I was forced to download it and there are some glaring issues that it has. To begin, the connectivity and integration into other apps is terrible. All of my financial tracking apps that I had connected to here via plaid, are unable to gain access or verify deposits. Secondly, the app is ridiculously slow and it freezes and boots me out often. Thirdly, it no longer has a section where I can see what the routing number is. The old app worked better.

This app is cumbersome to use compared to the old version. The interface and print are small, and it requires a lot of selections to do basic tasks, like transfer funds, which the old version allowed you to do with one or two clicks. Lastly, it kind of freaked me out when I wanted to transfer funds from my Sjgnature Loan, and it stated that transaction fees could apply. I checked with a California Coast Member, and there are no transaction fees associated with my Signature Loan.

We were forced into using this new and buggy version. The old version worked flawlessly. This new version is poorly laid out, has a difficult to read font, and words overlap making it look like gibberish. I have seen no fixes to the word scramble from the developer. Go back to the old version! update 6/2025 Still no improvement to the graphical mess that this app produces on my Samsung Galaxy phone.
