Can someone PLEASE fix the algorithm that schedules the rides?? The time constantly fluctuates. I can't count the number of times I'll wait 30 minutes for a ride then get down to where it's 2 minutes away only to have the algorithm suddenly add 40 additional minutes! Why can't there just be a fixed pickup time and leave it alone?? This is not a good service if you need to be picked up in a set amount of time. You never know if you are going to wait 15 minutes or 2 hours!! Please update it.

Desperately needs a cancellation option. App itself is ok, but ride service can be great or non-existent...there is no middle ground. Limited number of drivers and wait times can be extremely long, especially if it's raining. Not drivers fault, but total lack of communication between app and dispatch, with dispatch operators clearly having little knowledge of how the app works.

I really enjoy using this service. Sometimes the wait can be long, but as a retail employee on busy retail weekends I get it. I call my bus a half hour to an hour early to make sure I can get it to work on time. Since the regular bus that I take all of the time doesn't offer an earlier service on Saturday during the winter, this app is great! All of the drivers I've had are very kind! Yeah the app can be buggy and glitchy at times, but I can work around it.
