Ratings and reviews

The app is clean and the registration process is smooth. However (and a BIG however)., they want to charge $3.99 as a monthly subscription to read reviews. I'm not willing to go behind a paywall and lock in to a subscription service for reviews. Reviews are readily available online, and the app doesn't add enough value to justify any subscription.

They don't tell you that it's a pay only platform when you're signing up. I spent a lot of time setting up my account and kids details only to find that you only get to view 3 reviews aonth unless you want to pay.

Account creation, tried several times, kept getting error message "oops something went wrong" Real life is hectic enough as is, don't have time to fight with unresponsive app. Unistalling app now.
