Software sucks. Have to repeatedly restart phone. App constantly not working. App inteferes with other software you have on device. Equipment that is sold along with software is inaccurate and not calibrated correctly. Id strongly advise to stay away from this company. Customer services suggestion is to restart device. (8times daily in my experience)....I'd give a negative review if I could.

It feels vibe coded. I have had many issues over the months operating the app. I honestly don't understand why these companies use this instead of developing their own app that works reliably.

 Constantly won't log out, have to delete app off phone to log out so next shift can log in. Constantly freezes and slow, very slow. Update: I recently upgraded phones and the app works a lot better, but still not great. Now it logs me out randomly. Also, now we added the Genie to our trucks and guess what, most won't pair to my phone, calibration is off, Genie randomly jumps or quits reading, mostly when almost full. App gets a half star, Genie gets a half star to equal the one star review....
