Poorly designed app. There are no push notifications, you have to open the app to see what's going on. I used the messages center in the app, it didn't even tell me someone had replied to the message. U/I is terrible. This is trash, customers deserve better!

This is the most ridiculous app I've ever encountered. If you make one transaction within the app and try to make another 1 the app goes down it's always stating a mechanical or technical error. Besides not really liking this credit Union I hate this app!!! Unfortunately I had to give one star to post this comment I would give it 0 stars it's ridiculous!!!

I get it that this is new app/name but now my card lock/unlock feature is not working, I contacted the online chat and they told me I have to wait until normal business hours, so highly inconveniencing, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this app so far. I have never had any issues until now. I should always be able to access my funds and or do what's necessary with my account or they should have let me know I'm advance if the site was going to have maintenance.
