I use it constantly. l love "My Chart," and especially the ability to obtain test results, send messages to doctors, and transfer appointments to my calendar - among many other things. 5/23/23 - As of a week ago, l have been unable to log in. The error message states that "...it is unable to log in, try later." Will this be fixed? I use My Chart daily on my phone. When fixed l will return to 5 stars.

"We couldn't log you in right now"...since downloading this app, I've only been able to successfully log in ONCE. Always error messages when attempting to log in. I have quadruple confirmed my login/pw are being input correctly (I have no issues logging in with the same credentials via the website). Given this is a healthcare app, this deserves attention and correction.

After using this app for about 10 months to access test results, etc, for 2 weeks, I couldn't log in at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it worked for a day. I have been trying to communicate with my PCP for 3 weeks now and I give up. I am just going to call his office and make an appt to talk to him. I sure am glad this isn't a banking app!
