App is garbage I've used this app in the past without issues, but now I can't log into this thing to save my life. I've changed my password twice and it tells me the account info doesn't match. The weird part is that my password to log into the prepaid Go website didn't change. It's like the app and website don't coordinate. Also, I can log into the website with a username; the app only allows a phone number or email. That makes no sense. Until they fix these things, this app is trash!

I was able to log in but I have more than one prepaid card and it doesn't appear that this app has the functionality to allow me to link more than one card. It's also clearly me (connected to my dob) but my husband's name is the one that shows up. The old app allowed us to sign in to more than one card. I hope the functionality will improve over time or the app is useless for our budgeting. Super unhappy with all the prepaid changes.

This new Navy go prepaid mobile app has been a living nightmare in trying to manage more than one card. It does not let you create another login for an additional card. You can only see mobile activity on your computer/laptop. The new mobile app is too simple and doesn't allow you to see much at all. Only one card is acknowledged by the mobile app and won't allow another log in for an additional card. I think the developer didn't ask the customer for ideas on how to develop the app. Not happy!
