After a rough start it is clear they have poured time and effort into this to make it very functional. It no longer feels like a glorified PDF reader, although formatting is a bit odd in places. My only suggestion right now is to put a header up top to indicate which rules are displayed on the current page like the printed rulebook. It can be easy to get lost and have to flip around to make sure you're in the right spot.

I'm changing my My rating because I contacted them through the email and they actually responded and looked into my issue of not being able to use the app. they looked at the issue and had to issue an update for the app and that's all the problem that I was having. this is a good app resource for officials of all sports

It was working "okay" for a couple of weeks before constant crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now. Yes it's strike three. terrible experience. Had few if any problems with the old app.
