it says it's compatible with Chromebook yet my Chromebook says not compatible. how am I supposed to set it up since I have to plug it in via usb to connect to any sort of wi-fi? it is also very broken for the mobile app. won't actually let you log in after I uninstalled it because it froze.

First time user, but I can't use it! it keeps crashing, won't connect! This is the only mobile app that my new engraver uses!

can't use the app, and its the only mobile version for this engraver. app shuts down as soon as I try to connect. can't get past that screen. guess ill be sending everything back.
