since I've had this app, I've had to sign in every time I've opened it, and have never been able to sign in with biometrics. since the most recent update, I can't sign in at all! I click sign in, it takes me to IH login, I login, and then I get an error saying the page isn't available. if I try to refresh, it kicks me back to the login page. makes it literally impossible to use this app at all

This app is poorly maintained. Used the "Find a Doctor" feature, which requires an extensive amount of typing just to find a specific specialty. If you select a doctor and then go back to the previous search results, all filters are cleared and any search results are lost -- meaning you need to enter all search filters, again, for every single search. This is incredibly tedious and poorly designed. I'm pretty confident the devs of this app don't actually use the app.

Edit: It won't even let me open the app...it crashes instantly and then gives me a notification saying, "SelectHealth closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix." Haha seriously?! So this problem won't ever be fixed 😒🙄 So let me get this straight....this app has been causing people the same problem of either crashing, not letting them log on or leading them to a page that is a dead end for 3 years now!! And no one has done a thing to fix this?!
