The Healing Fields Foundation Integrated Application is a mobile platform designed to support the field and community operations of the Healing Fields Foundation (HFF). It empowers Community Health Educators (CHEs), the Healing Fields team, and partners with tools to improve access to health knowledge, facilitate field reporting, and connect underserved populations to critical services.
This application is part of Healing Fields Foundation’s broader vision to build an ingenious, community based, community first ecosystem that ensures access to affordable and quality healthcare for all, especially women from resource-poor communities.

Access curated and multilingual health education materials on topics including maternal health, nutrition, NCD management, hygiene, and preventive care.
Activity Reporting
CHEs and field staff can log sessions, outreach activities, household visits, and follow-up interactions in real time, making monitoring and evaluation seamless and data-driven.
Data Dashboards and Analytics
Authorized users can visualise insights based on their own data to support improved delivery of services and targeted interventions

The app supports facilitated telehealth services and follow-up towards the continuum of care
Offline Functionality
Designed for low-connectivity regions, the app allows field users to collect and store data offline and sync when back online.
