Zero stars for the bank. The app needs a "report transaction" option. Being notified of a fraudulent traction doesn't help if you can't immediately stop it. I should have closed my account when the girl who signed me up couldn't spell my name right from my drivers license. VLFCU is like banking with Towelie from "South Park" since no one inside has any idea what's going on.

For android users you must fully uninstall previous app before installing new one. Works well as of 1/8/24. However wish they'd change the security question to not show while typing.

Everytime I get on the new updated app. It now wants me to reset my password for security reasons it says. The only issue is it says it everyday or/and everyday I try to log back in. Why? I've NEVER had this issue in the past.
