If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I can't log in. It won't let me log in. This has been going on for at least a week.Fix your app, most of my banking is done through online this is ridiculous stop fixing things that aren't broke and start fixing things that are. i've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. It does not work period I need to use my banking app. I work nights. It's 12 o'clock at night right now. And I need to pay a bill and thanks to your buggy app, I can't

If I could change one thing I would say allow users to keep settings the way they set them up. I don't really know if it's my father or the system resets but once in a while I have to help him change how he logs into his account because like many of us he has a lot of accounts that need a username and password and he prefers to use biometrics.

app is terrible, makes you use 2 factor every single time, even when you are on the same network or logged in 2 seconds prior. The app also randomly turns off secondary login methods like pin and fingerprint. You then have to log back in and hope the setting actually saves because half the time, it doesn't. Vystar also sometimes takes multiple days to update balances on accounts which leads to a lot of guessing and wondering if I got robbed overnight. Overall one of the worst banking apps.
