I'm not typically a complainer, actually, this is the first review I've ever written on any app ever. It Freezes way too much I have lost quite a bit of money that way and don't bother going to support to tell them because they just tell you " We're really sorry to hear you're having trouble with our app, but try clearing your cached data and uninstalling & reinstalling the app and see if that helps!" 🙄

Update 5/14/2022 Same thing happened again, doing well in a tournament then the app logs me out and when I log back in and click the tournament I am automatically kicked out to the log in screen, this has happened on three separate devices, have no desire to deposit additional money with Borgata. Was working well then crashed mid-hand in a cash game resulting in a loss and a forced withdraw from the table after playing for over 2 hours, very disappointing.

Id like to follow up on the $10 that borgata bingo owes me, I tried customer service but I got no where and so I'd say they stole it from me and I never got to play. so I'm giving a lower star rating till I get back my money, and I do this with a heavy heart cause I really like borgata casino, they've done me righteous!
