It's just really frustrating when you are trying to transfer money to a different bank and you cannot receive any OTP's at all. No matter how many times you resend it to get a code, nothing is happening. I tried clearing the cache and data, and it was still the same. I had a good signal reception. I uninstalled and reinstalled it again, but still the same shooot I'm really frustrated with your app, Please do better. You're already behind with other digital banking applications periodt.

It used to work well but I couldn't get OTPs and I don't get it why. I've done all the troubleshooting that you could do with app, I got good signal and everything and still NOTHING. I contacted customer care and was given instructions to keep trying but until when? This is is soooooo inconvenient. Can somebody do something???

Hi Mrs. Chezka Barry, we're sorry for the inconvenience it caused you. Currently, there are no reported system issues affecting the sending of OTPs. Kindly ensure that you have a stable internet connection or cellular network. Poor connectivity can cause delays or prevent OTP messages from reaching your device. Please consider trying again later.

New App is a step forward in security, but also 2-3 steps back for CONVENIENCE. OTP PROMPTNESS. SMS OTP is okay. But email OTP takes too long to load. INTERNAL UPDATES. I suspect you are "internally" updating the App too often. The App crashes TOO OFTEN during log-in & a message will appear about maintenance activity. BALANCE UPDATE. Takes too long to update after each transaction. Pls fix the basics first before loading more features or just BRING BACK THE OLD APP.
