Absolutely unnecessary. Do not download. Compared to other e-wallets, Moneygment is completely useless. Transactions with Moneygment are not automatic nor processed in real time. You have to email them to give them instructions first before they process the transaction. One time, they even forgot to pay my SSS, so there was a gap in my SSS contributions. And now, they refuse to cash out my money. I've been waiting for a month and a half already.

I tried to top up using paypal, after to days it is still in "awaiting payment" status and my wallet is still zero balance. How many days will the money goes to the wallet? I think the top up transaction is too slow. -edit: i just send email to customer care and it was fixed instantly. I just hope there's no need to send an email before it goes to the wallet next time so we will trust your app. And thank you for the fast response. Change the rating from 2 to 3 stars.

I downloaded this app cause it's the only option for salary loan repayment online. Its functions are good, you've lots of options for paying bills, loans, investments and insurances. The only problem is that it lacks the convenience in adding funds to your wallet for those ordinary people who doesn't have a bank account. The higher the amount the higher the charges. Why not create a virtual account number for each user for easier transaction rather than transferring money from 1 bank to another.
