I created a set of lo-fi wallpapers for my tablet I wanted to randomly swap once a day, what is a tough ask on Google play. Casualis _almost_ fits the bill, and would perfectly, if it didn't zoom in on my wallpaper images weirdly when I rotate from portrait to landscape mode. So I'm still looking for an alternative app, or may try to learn the tasker.

Seems like it doesn't rotate my photos evenly. It sets like the same five photos multiple times and i have photos in the folder that i never see. kind of annoying that it doesn't mix up more. also, sometimes the shake to change stops working, but all i have to do to fix it is turn it off and on again in the app settings.

Is it possible that Android 8 is killing this app in the background? I have turned off battery optimization and still every once in awhile it wallpaper will get stuck and I'll notice that after a few days it hasn't changed and I have to go into the app and select set random wallpaper. Is it possible that you need to have a persistent notification to keep the app in memory?
