About this app

mFirmotron is an application thanks to which you have more control over what is happening in the company. Using it allows you to stay in touch with other members of your team.

The mobile application makes it easier to manage contact with customers because you have a quick view of your database of contractors entered into the Firmotron system. After searching for a specific contact, you have the option of automatic redirection to make a call, navigate to the company's office or send an e-mail.

Another advantage of the application is the built-in company messenger. By using it, you will be in constant contact with other employees or groups, thanks to which you will not miss anything. Importantly, the communicator is internal, and thus - people from outside the company cannot join it.

It is worth mentioning the calendar in which you can view your current tasks. Regardless of which module you use, you will receive push notifications on an ongoing basis. They may concern, for example, the implementation of service tasks or planned contacts with CRM.

Thanks to the possibility of introducing quick notes and check-lists to the application, you will eliminate paper notebooks and calendars. Importantly, the application is synchronized with the Firmotron system. So after entering the data on the phone - it will immediately update in the program.
