The new version of the application - Your treatment at LUX MED available on the timeline!

In this version of the application, you have access to the new Timeline module, which you can see immediately after logging into the application. The remaining application modules are visible without any visual and functional changes.

New for you:

• Modern, attractive layout
• Access to all types of medical events in one place - Visits, Tests (laboratory and diagnostic), Orders for drugs, Consultations online and Telephone consultations visible in all possible statuses
• Visibility on Timeline of services canceled by LUX MED and services not canceled by the Patient
• Intuitive navigation through plans and complete treatment history on a timeline
• Filtering the history of medical events by type (Visits, Tests, Prescriptions, Telemedicine) and date
• Actions on events directly on the timeline and in details – you can confirm the service; change and cancel of the date; cancel of an order for drugs; add an appointment to the calendar
• The full range of information available in the details of the medical events that have been carried out - including online consultation record and issued e-Prescriptions

Awfully frustrating experience, it is not even letting me set up my primary health care (GP, nurse, midwife); I've given up on signing the three mandatory declarations digitally (way too time consuming) but it won't work when the other option is selected either - print out and deliver. I always end up going back to square one.

It's impossible to complete the survey, therefore we can't book an appointment. It's been more than a month and since I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem I don't understand why they are amare and don't fix the issue. I also sent an email with details of the bug but no answer.

The new app has bugs and won't let me complete the survey, hence can't book an appointment. Bad use experience!

We have added a new menu, where we have moved the app settings and data related to your account.

In this menu you can update your data, review consents and change settings for logging in, notifications or the language of the app.
