Horrible! Very difficult to read anything. Constant flicker of ads popping up in different places and causing screen to scroll automatically thus losing current focus. I suggest developers take a look at BBC app to see how a user friendly functionality should look like. I would have given it a zero rating if it was possible. Are you working to correct these issues? When can we expect this app to become usable?

I run this app on a Samsung Galaxy S21U 5G. Every time I run it, it crashes, sometimes sooner than other times. When I click the back arrow, to close the app, it takes a few minutes for the app to react. That is really frustrating. The content is interesting, but reading it is a pain, because of the crashes. Please, fix it.

Extremely slow, packed with Ads, mostly unfriendly layout for users, after update... Unable to watch live TV or other matetails, do something as I am paying for it. Would give you zero if possible. I did not find even one positive trait 🤦‍♀️.
