Communication between the dispatcher and the vehicle driver takes place using PxP Transport KMS. Scheduling sends orders, tours and information to the vehicle, which the driver can process via PxP Transport KMS and report back every order status to scheduling.

In the PxP Transport KMS, the driver receives a detailed overview of all his orders. There is always a brief overview for each order. The order data is partially dynamic, so that the driver can make changes to certain order details, e.g. to change a container number.

Several orders can be sent to the driver at the same time and the order processing can be traced with 100% accuracy, since the driver has to acknowledge each status. The driver also has the option of writing and sending a message to or receiving from the dispatcher.
