Had to send a parcel. The courier didn't call, didn't arrive, SteFAN (the AI chat bot) is non-functional, the call center didn't answer. Order was then canceled without notification, I had to go digging through attachments. If I could, I would give it 0 stars.

disgusting service they say my parcel is delivered but it's not and they didn't even call me in the time of delivery and now I emailed them but they do not respond to emails and there is no section to complain about my lost parcel in this app even I tried to call the office but guess what they don't even receive calls

I have received every item I ever ordered in good condition, and usually fast enough. I sent smth. only once, and the delivery was excellent too. I am very happy with the Fanbox system, and even happier with the new feature which allows one to postpone pickup up to 72 hrs. Keep it up!
