NN Direct is the application that brings to your phone what is most important to know about NN insurance and pensions.

You can pay your insurance premiums or voluntary pension contributions quickly and securely with any bank card, and you can save your card details to make payments easier. If you are among those with an appetite for investments, also through the application you can make transactions with fund units in a few simple steps.

Moreover, you have access to the history of paid insurance premiums and pension contributions and you can update your personal or contact details whenever changes occur, by simply scanning your ID card.

In case of an insured event, you can send us all the details through the dedicated menu in NN Direct, where you can later follow the status of your request. We will notify you if we need additional documents, which you can also upload to the application.
Account activation is short and remote, and for authentication you can choose the classic option (email and password) or, even simpler, with facial recognition or fingerprint.

Annoying. Who thought it was a good idea to constantly log you out on the phone? If it was a desktop app with a propper keyboard, sure. Btw, bring the desktop app back. This one is annoying and a lot of times I can't even pay my contracts with it. I can't open up multiples tabs to compare the contracts of my family, etc. It's just hard to use and navigate

Flaming trash. The app crashes whenever I try to make a payment and I have to open my banking app at the same time to confirm. Nothing gets saved . At least permit payments from the website, this is aggravating. I have to try to pay up to 5-7 times to succeed. Sometimes more. Worse app ever

I asked to save my payments info by adding the card details several times, monthly when I do the payment. However it does not save the data. Each time I have to manually introduce my card details. Why do we have this option if it's not working properly?
