Access health insurance benefits through the available features:
· Medical appointment – make a clinic or virtual clinic appointment following the steps from the app to submit the request. You will be notified each time your appointment status changes.
· Reimbursement – register a request for reimbursement to recover the value of the amount for the medical services you performed, covered by your private health insurance according to the contract.
· Easy Pay Card – request a transfer on the Easy Pay bank card to receive from the insurer the amount needed to pay for the medical services you will perform.
· Mediqa Net – search for the fastest route to the desired clinic via the interactive map. Because your feedback is important to us, you can give rating for the clinics you have visited.
In addition, you also have an online store in the app to quickly and easily purchase health insurance for you and your loved ones.

Ratings and reviews

UNUSABLE !!! Stupid design, no functionality ! Tried 3 different versions. None accepts ID photo, regardless of file type. Without photo ID no other operations are possible. Date of birth year selector has no input option apart from the previous/next arrows so you have to press them tens of times ! I could not get further in the app but it probably goes from unusable to worse. Support responded 6 MONTHS after the initial review to ask me to contact them!

useful application in general, I think it needs an upgrade on the coding side because it moves quite hard (I'm talking from a Samsung s24 Ultra point of view) but if you have a little patience it does the job, so far I've used it intensively since the company at who I work, chose an all-inclusive policy. I encountered absolutely no problem if you follow the programming steps correctly and, as I said, have a little patience.

Useless app, maybe designed like this on purpose, to make the booking process heavy and to encourage a high rate of dropping the tentative to book a medical appointment. Very bad user experience, the map is very hard to use, move, zoom in or zoom out, in order to select a clinic from there. Strongly don't recommend.
