I could never get my vaccum to connect to the app and messed with it for almost 2 hours, then called customer service, and she was no help at all. She didn't have me try anything. Very unhappy with the product and customer support. I am returning my vaccum and getting a different brand.

I love my vacuum, it cleans well, plus it's easy to drive when you don't need to run it on auto mode.

Awful no way to reconnect if wifi is the dropped. Also app doesn't work on my mobile network, wifi only.
