The mobile application is designed for the convenience of residents of Novye Kotelniki Residential Complex:
- interaction with your management company in a convenient format (the ability to attach photo and audio materials) while maintaining the history of the appeal and monitoring the work on the appeal;
- transmission of readings of individual metering devices;
- the possibility of assessing the quality of work on completed requests;
- receipt of notification of work, emergency shutdowns, as well as the timing of the implementation / elimination;
- viewing accruals for housing and communal services, payment of receipts (including using a QR code);
- the possibility of holding electronic voting at meetings of owners;
- creating a general chat at home to discuss important issues regarding the maintenance of your home.

Изменены экраны списков заявок и отключений (разделены на активные и закрытые, добавлена индикация непрочитанных).
Изменен вид отображения ошибок и предупреждений.
