Took them 2 weeks to get back to me for renewing a prescription that I've been using for years. The doctor during the call then promised to renew my prescription, yet completely failed to do so. There's no way to give any kind of feedback that something went wrong, my only option is to start the process again. Entire features on the app itself turn on/off at arbitrary times. One moment you can chat, the other you can't. One moment you can send messages, other time you can only book video calls.

kry does not have any connection with the medical services here in Sweden. I've taken several calls with their doctors but dont tell you anything. They just say "go to the medical center". The problem is that the medical centers in Sweden are the worst. It is very rare that they do a deep check on you, they always say "this is normal, take some painkillers". I expected from this kry service at least a comment in the system so the medical center can read on it and know what to do in advance.

First of all it's great to finally have an advanced possibility to speak with a doctor via video. But it's problematic to use the prescription the doctor gave within the app when it's used on weekends, because it doesn't show you those pharmacies that are on duty on weekends. I had to use another website to find the pharmacy, but then it wasn't in the search within Kry app. So I couldn't use the prescription! Another problem I had, it's the app kept crashing or loading for a very long time.
