The app is updated on regular basis and new functions are added.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
When user registers into the app, he agrees to comply with the service terms and assigns the selected phone number with the specified account. It is necessary to note that during this process the indicated phone number is encoded and sent to the bank in the form of a sequence of encoded characters, that means that the bank does not collect or keep your phone number or data of other customers available on your phone contact list. 4 years ago this was decent app , now it is broken piece of fecal mater. The moment i turn vpn on , the apps goes belly up and decleares " no internet found , please reconect internet" . Needless to say i am still using date on everything else. And since i am not turning off vpn to do my banking , this app is useless. Gona go back to browser banking.... I guess it is 2008 again....

So I go to the butcher after work and get hit with "update your app" for 1 sec then the app closes forcefully. I think sure, fine, maybe I forgot to update the app. When I update the app (while still waiting at butcher), I am not in my account anymore! Infuriating. Lucky me remember my client code, cool, another 2 min of fighting the smart id to let me in. Now finally, usually I pay with my phone with this app. After an update not only the function didn't work, BUT my language settings are off

Complete disaster! The app keeps logging me out, then forces me to use my calculator to log in, then create PIN1 and PIN2, although I have done it last time I opened the app. When this happened on my wife's phone, over and over again, I thought that was a problem with her. But now I get the same result. I think it has something to do with us declinig to share contacts with the app.

Please delete the mobile app and reinstall it. If the situation repeats itself, please contact us in the most convenient way for you: 1) write a letter in the "Messages/E-invoices" -> "Send a message" section of the internet bank; 2) call SEB Bank's Customer Center: +371 26668777 (Mon-Fri 08:00 - 18:00)
