I have used this app many times in France with no problems....until today. Impossible to take a photo of an invoice. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. No way that I could see of contacting customer service. Eventually gave up trying to get my refund. Edit. I still cannot get the app to photograph an invoice despite an update 6 days ago. My wife tried to create an account but couldn't even scan her passport. Tried changing language to French but made no difference. Appalling.

It certainly works but I would never have been able to set it up on my own. App was jumping through sections and was not logical to set up. The terminals were easy to find at eurotunnel but it was clear that many people had issues trying to set the app up as there were two families standing around the terminals to see if anyone could help them.

The app itself can be a bit buggy from time to time. It logs out quite often and there is no way to use biometrics for re-login, too bad. There was also a bug when entering the values for my purchases, wrong calculations of VAT etc. But overall, it works fine. The OCR on receipts sometimes works very well, sometimes not The important part of it is that you do get 80% of the VAT back, and it's very speedy, so the service is really recommended. I hope a few fixes on the app itself for my next use!
