App has got better, slightly. Using the Octopus Agile integration is still hard work as it still doesn't appear to get the rates correctly and doesn't allow you to set a negative limit which is valid with Agile so you cannot pick the cheapest slots to charge

Pretty poor experience with the app and the charger so far. Have ended up leaving it as 'always on' and letting the car manage the scheduling. Very difficult to work out the timing of a charge though as the charger starts at 32a and ends up at 24a charging after a period of charging. Support are none existent, haven't answered my email and haven't managed to get through to them on the phone. Edit: support did eventually start replying to my emails and even phoned me. Still same issues though.

There is a show stopper bug in the Android version of the app if you're using the Octopus Agile integration. If you set a Price Threshold and the app can not find any slots it's crashes and you are unable to open it, doesn't matter if you delete the app and reinstall it. The only way to get out of the issue is to use the ios app and change the Price Threshold. The chances of this crash happening is also high due to the app not getting the correct rates which so far the dev's have ignored
