Big Note has lot of features to communicate with people such as a seek bar to decrease or increase font size, full screen and fling the screen to increase/decrease font size. There are text to speech and speech to text buttons in note as well!

I use this app to communicate to a few deaf people here at work, so it's extremely helpful in that sense. I wish it had a widget for quick deployment. Great app with no complaints. Edit for reply - I generally need to pull it up from my apps section on my phone. I use it with android talk to text so i can carry a conversation with a partially deaf (85- 90%) fella that works in my department. I would love a widget so i can leave it on my homepage so i can tap and talk. I know Rich loves it when i show up cause we can chat without all the yelling back and forth.

Very useful as a deaf user. Every time I ordered something at the restaurant -- Some notes were already listed and I can pull out easily without typing and simply show it to the hearing person. This app can contrast, enlarge text, and saves notes. Always use it in every phone I use.
