I can't enter my ARC issue date because the month stops at the current month (August). The month list doesn't update either when I change the year. It's very frustrating, I don't know where to report this bug except here.

I had resign into the app today. I reset my password. When I logged in, all the receipts I had scanned in were all gone.

Functional, although the interface feels somewhat outdated. But what I find asinine is the apparent lack of caching performed by the app, requiring data to be downloaded from the server every time when switching between pages. This not only makes the app feels more sluggish to use, when in an area with a spotty internet connection it can become extremely slow and unreliable, and utterly unusable if you find yourself without internet.
