Enter phone number from USA, get verification code, bounced back to enter in phone number again. Error messages are not in English despite selecting it. Update - If I touch and hold the screen during autofill of the verification code, it asks to allow notifications, and then it gets past the 1FA verification, but it's not intuitive to know that.

Safety is not a about this app - it requires sms verification on your phone number every month or few. So, that's mean that app have this as the only way to secure your session, or on the other way they simply have dumb and non-effective repeatedly security policy. Maybe, security is not the point for it?.. Also, tickets returns feels unclear and non-stable. After ticket return request I have refund on my bank card, but few hours later this app process another sum. For what? Wil I get refund?

Ukrainian raily App should change some reservation paragraphs directly from the app. There is a problem that when I buy a train ticket directly from your website, I get it and no confirmation email is sent for that purchase. When I change my mobile number because I put a new number, I do not find the ticket I bought. I suggest that you send all reservations to the email of the person who bought from you. This is the best way. In fact, I suffer from this problem more than once with your website.
