Extremely high bills that the consumer seems to be covering the cost for the amount of water they waste after being notified of leaks, sometimes over 2 weeks to action which is alot of waste water!!! They need to be more pro active to reduce the amount of water wasted!!

Was a fantastic app, but now they have merged companies the app won't except payment and just say to call them, sham when I don't have time to call, this app was a lifesaver now I'm back to square one

Really poor, last three days the bar chart on the app just freezes at a certain hour showing same equal usage for several hours. It then jumps ahead to another hour, skipping several hours in between, so no idea of the usage in between. For example, it will show 8 am with a random level of usage repeatedly and then jump to 5 pm, skipping all the hours in between.

Allowing direct debit and water direct customers to make additional payments, for greater control of their account.
Improvement to online account setup and account verification.
