SIGRAS App is an application developed by the Unit Agroclimate and Information Systems (GRAS) of the National Agricultural Research Institute (INIA) of Uruguay. It is based on SIGRAS (http://sig.inia.org.uy/sigras/) which is a GIS web. This application provides current information about variables of water balance in the soil and vegetation conditions, statistical information on climate, water balance and NDVI, soil and general information and basic cartography. This information is referenced location or a selected place. Complementary tools available forecasts and alerts as Don in wheat, frost and rain forecasts made by CPTEC of Brazil and a system for personalized estimate soil water (CuantAgua).
