Poor quality service and transactions are not refundable despite UPAY transfer them to the wrong address. Tech specialists do not even know how UPAY works. Which step comes after particular step. So, I wasted my time and resources when did payment via UPAY. I asked refund but they said it is not possible. That is funny! They do not care about customers.
